About Eric Wetzel
Eric Wetzel is the President and Founder of Beach View Homes, LLC. Eric brings over 35 years of experience in building custom homes. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Architectural Tech and Civil Engineering/Construction and began his building career in Indiana with President Homes, working as a consultant/salesperson and then a general contractor. Following his short time with President Homes, Eric started his own custom home building company, Winner’s Circle Homes, LLC. This endeavor proved to be very successful for Eric. He built many custom homes over the course of 35 years including several Show Homes and Home-A-Rama Homes. Eric has had many homes featured in publications, including Indianapolis Monthly Magazine, showcased on the cover of Builder/Architect Magazine, and featured on a television home building documentary. He was involved in the Indianapolis Builders Association for over three decades where he was a significant contributor to the “Building Standards Manual” that remains in use today. In addition to building full-service custom homes, in 2014, he started a consulting company, where he assists clients in building their own homes. In 2022, Eric moved his family to Florida and started Beach View Homes, LLC, where he is fulfilling his dream of building custom homes in Southwest Florida
